Visited friends in Sacramento one of them booked this for us.The drive up was beautiful upon arrival the front desk staff was consistently kind, friendly, helpful, and informative. The resort was so very peaceful and the views are spectacular. I am glad I was able to add this trip to my vacation.
The room was nice and clean with a good view of the road. The pool was closed due to the weather. Room had a fireplace and a full kitchen
Everything was good except the paid Wifi and no elevator for a 3 floors building and the reservation system. My reservation was 3 nights, I booked this hotel using points through the Wyndham system . After checking in, I decided to extend my stay. However, due to the hotel's policy, a minimum stay of two nights was required , and I was unable to extend for just a single night. To make matters worse, there were no rooms available for the second night anyway. As a result, when I tried to extend for only one night, the system wouldn't allow it, and even the front desk was unable to process the request manually.
This year there was more snow than in previous years. The views were so beautiful. The rooms are extremely clean. A fully equipped kitchen, with the things you need. The fireplace is completely connected to the thermostat which keeps the entire room warm. The service representatives are very friendly. If you get an opportunity to stay here, enjoy the comforts of home away from home. If you take the opportunity, enjoy life's new adventures. Tell them David sent you.
Rooms were fully accommodating, no AC for some reason, lots of heaters. Didn't find anything disturbing. Felt safe. Staff up front could do better at guest services, booking, checking in etc. Second and third floors have a different floor plan. Ground level is basic compared to the upper floors. Since Tahoe is small, this remote location from check in was 1.4 miles away. Everything was stocked up and clean. I had a great time as i bounced between 2 floors , they couldn't get us next to each other because no one could get the room ready in time.
Super clean and functional (plenty power outlets throughout the unit, something you don’t think about much until you’re in a unit where power outlets are either lacking or placed illogically). Full kitchen with dishwasher as well as in-unit washer/dryer - always appreciate those when on vacation. But wifi is not free. Good cell signal though. Very good quality pots and pans (the best we’ve seen in a while compared to others).
Had a family vacation. Room were great and the view was excellent. The only issue was the road going to our rooms were under construction. But that was not WorldMark fault.
This resort clearly identifies they have condos on 2 & 3 floors. Sounds like a snap, that is, until you carry your luggage, then groceries. Gracious. How did our Forefathers ever make it...we are too soft & I had to acknowledge it & I am in pretty good shape!! Front desk folks are terrific as is the view. Condo was very nice in looks, comfort & use...just those durn pesky steps...I would come back again.
